***Child protection Network Day for Nursing staff***
Calling all nursing staff and EYP’s in THC and Midwifery colleagues in NHSH!
This day is an opportunity for you to focus on child protection issues and its impacts on nursing practice as we appreciate how challenging child protection cases can be
Topics for discussion include: Information Sharing, exploitation, MARAC, Bairns Hoose and parents using drugs/alcohol. It is also a chance for you to network with your colleagues while building your confidence in working in such a challenging area of practice.
We look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible
When: 24th June 2025 registration from 9.30 for a prompt 10am start, finishing at 4pm
Where: The Town House Inverness. Unfortunately, there are no parking facilities at this venue but it was chosen due to its capacity and availability and there is car parking nearby at:
- Eastgate shopping centre
- Rose Street Car park
Tea and coffee will be provided, please make your own arrangements for lunch as unfortunately we are unable to provide this.
