Places are available free of charge but may be limited to one per team/service/agency depending on demand. 

Completing this booking application does not automatically confirm place at event.  Confirmation of secured booking will be sent via email prior to the event along with venue & registration details.  Please note, the CPC do operate a non-attendance charge of £30 if places are not taken up and no notice is given (at least 48 hours before event).

Light refreshments will be provided. Vegetarian options are always provided but please do let us know if you have any dietary needs if you receive booking confirmation following this application. Unfortunately due to the scale of this event we cannot cater for all dietary preferences. However, an on-site cafe is available if you would prefer to purchase an alternative option.
