 ourse: 10am - 4pm\nWhat can I expect from this training?\n\nThis training 
 provides a substantial opportunity to rehearse frameworks for organising i
 nformation and knowledge\, and focus efforts to help children and families
  meet their needs and manage risks in the real world.\n\nThis training sho
 uld provide practitioners with:\n\n 	awareness/reinforcement of the opport
 unities and requirements of their role\n 	an opportunity to take stock of 
 helpful knowledge and skills in assessment and direct work with children a
 nd parents\n 	Increased confidence in working with partners to develop\, r
 ecord and review child's plans\n 	a structure for continuing collaboration
  in the local workplace\n\nContent:\n\nPlease note\, this is an interactiv
 e programme with lots of opportunities for discussion of live examples so 
 the content is often dependent on the particular group. However\, the cour
 se includes discussions around the following:\n\n 	Getting it Right - a vi
 ew of the world\n 	Reflection on relationships and potential implications 
 for development of thechild and the adult\n 	Reflection on disruptions to 
 attachment and development - implications for the child/caregiving relatio
 nships and the wider world\, including helpers\n 	Key components of resili
 ence\n 	The challenge of information gathering - sharing and sense-making\
 , nature\, relevance\, proporionality\n 	The nature of RISK - personal\, p
 rofessional and organisational perspectives\n 	Describing and analysing ri
 sks\n 	Examining the child's predicament\n 	Action planning the work with 
 child\, parent and others - safely promoting resilience in difficult circu
 mstances\n 	Consultants and critical friends\n 	Impacts of the work\n 	Get
 ting it right - working on with concerns and the art of the possible\n\nWh

 e including:\n\n 	Social Work\, Education and Health professionals in Lead
  Professional roles\n 	Other professional partners to Child's Plans\, incl
