 ourse: 10am - 4.30pm\nWhat can I expect from this training?\n\nThis traini
 ng provides a substantial opportunity to rehearse frameworks for organisin
 g information and knowledge\, and focus efforts to help children and famil
 ies meet their needs and manage risks in the real world.\n\nThis training 
 should provide practitioners with:\n\n 	awareness/reinforcement of the opp
 ortunities and requirements of their role\n 	an opportunity to take stock 
 of helpful knowledge and skills in assessment and direct work with childre
 n and parents\n 	Increased confidence in working with partners to develop\
 , record and review child's plans\n 	a structure for continuing collaborat
 ion in the local workplace\n\nContent:\n\nPlease note\, this is an interac
 tive programme with lots of opportunities for discussion of live examples 
 so the content is often dependent on the particular group. However\, the c
 ourse includes discussions around the following:\n\n 	Getting it Right - a
  view of the world\n 	Reflection on relationships and potential implicatio
 ns for development of thechild and the adult\n 	Reflection on disruptions 
 to attachment and development - implications for the child/caregiving rela
 tionships and the wider world\, including helpers\n 	Key components of res
 ilience\n 	The challenge of information gathering - sharing and sense-maki
 ng\, nature\, relevance\, proporionality\n 	The nature of RISK - personal\
 , professional and organisational perspectives\n 	Describing and analysing
  risks\n 	Examining the child's predicament\n 	Action planning the work wi
 th child\, parent and others - safely promoting resilience in difficult ci
 rcumstances\n 	Consultants and critical friends\n 	Impacts of the work\n 	
 Getting it right - working on with concerns and the art of the possible\n\
