 .\n\nUnderstanding Child Sexual Exploitation \n\n This 1-hour session pro
 vided by RISE Highland aims to provide you with knowledge\, understanding 
 and skills to respond to child sexual and criminal exploitation (CSE/CCE).
   The session will explore the following:\n\nWhat is CSE/CCE?\n\nWhat mak
 es someone vulnerable to exploitation?\n\nThe Grooming Line\n\nPush and Pu
 ll Factors\n\nContextual Safeguarding\n\nWho can help?\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThis 
 session is interactive\, and participation/discussion will be required.\n\
 n&nbsp\;\n\nRISE Highland is a partnership project between Barnardo’s\, 
 Police Scotland\, The Highland Child Protection Committee and The Highland
  Council.  RISE Highland work collaboratively with families and agencies 
 to upskill key people in a young people’s lives to provide education\, s
 upport and to respond CSE/CCE concerns.  Direct 1-1 and group work is ava
 ilable to young people who are either vulnerable or victim of CSE.\n\n Wh
 o should attend?\n\nAll who have regular contact with children and young p
 eople and/or their family members should attend this training.\n\nIn parti
 cular those staff who:\n• Have regular contact with vulnerable children 
 and families\n• Carry out direct work with children and families\n• Co
 ntribute to assessments of children\, including assessment of risk\n• Ma
 y be required to support the development and delivery of the Child’s Pla
 n\n• Have specific responsibilities in regard to child protection
