DESCRIPTION:NES Transforming Connections is a training programme developed 
 for the workforce supporting care experienced children and young people as
  part of the National Trauma Training Programme (NTTP).\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThe 
 training aims to help attendees to understand:\n\n 	Definition and prevale
 nce of trauma\n 	Ways that trauma can affect people\n 	What trauma skilled
  practice is and what it looks like\n 	How to support people following tra
 umatic events and help recovery\n 	The importance of caring for our own we
 ll being\n\nThe session is suitable for anyone who has a role supporting c
 hildren and young people who are care experienced including those involved
  in Children’s Hearings\, including Health Visitors\, School Nurses\, Ad
 vocacy workers.\n\n30th September from 9.30am – 4.30pm and will be held 
 at UHI House\, Inverness *formerly known as Health for Science Building (b
 ehind Raigmore hospital)\n\nCafe available onsite.\n\nCar parking payable 
 at meter\, please do not use Raigmore hospital parking.\n\nPlaces are avai
 lable free of charge but may be limited to one per team/service/agency dep
 ending on demand.\n\nYour booking will be held as pending\, you will recei
 ve an email once your booking has been accepted this is to allow fair plac
 e allocation for services.  You will receive a follow up email before the
  day outlining further information\, venue and registration details.\n\nPl
 ease note this is an in person event and there is no option to join online
