DESCRIPTION:\nHighland GIRFEC Training - Inverness - Full Day - In Person\n
 These sessions aim to refresh and develop the shared understanding of Gett
 ing It Right for Every Child across the partnership. This is in response t
 o an identified request through the GIRFEC refresh and reset sessions to s
 trengthen the approaches to GIRFEC in Highland.\n\nThe sessions will focus
  on the key elements of the Practice Model\, Early Assessment and Planning
 \, Information Sharing in a Multi-Agency World\, Assessing and Managing Ri
 sk and Building Chronologies.\n\nOpen to all multi-agency practitioners\, 
 managers and staff who support children and families particularly those wh
 om are involved in child's plans and/or undertake ( or in preparation to u
 ndertake) the role as Named person or lead professional in Highland workin
 g with children and families.\n\nWe ask you book the geographical area clo
 sest to your location of work to promote connections made with colleagues 
 in your area.\n\nVenue and more details will be sent on booking confirmati
 on\, please note there is a pre attendance emodule (approx 2 hours) to com
 plete before attending which will be sent out prior to the event. Those wh
 o have already completed this prior to the GIRFEC Refresh and Reset Sessio
 n are not required to complete this again.\n\nThe emodule can be found on

  Highland Council Staff on Train Easy and this will save a record of learn
 ing.\n\nPlaces are available free of charge but may be limited per team/se
 rvice/agency depending on demand.\n\nPlease note\, the CPC do operate a no
 n-attendance charge of £30 if places are not taken up and no notice is gi
 ven (at least 48 hours before event).
