DESCRIPTION:\nHighland GIRFEC Training - Full Day - In Person \nLochaber (C
 luster 1: Ardnamurchan\, Lochaber\, Kinlochleven\, Mallaig)\nThese session
 s aim to refresh and develop the shared understanding of Getting It Right 
 for Every Child across the partnership. This is in response to an identifi
 ed request through the GIRFEC refresh and reset sessions to strengthen the
  approaches to GIRFEC in Highland.\n\nThe sessions will focus on the key e
 lements of the Practice Model\, Early Assessment and Planning\, Informatio
 n Sharing in a Multi-Agency World\, Assessing and Managing Risk and Buildi
 ng Chronologies.\n\nOpen to all multi-agency practitioners\, managers and 
 staff who support children and families particularly those whom are involv
 ed in child's plans and/or undertake ( or in preparation to undertake) the
  role as Named person or lead professional in Highland working with childr
 en and families.\n\nWe ask you book the geographical area closest to your 
 location of work to promote connections made with colleagues in your area.
 \n\nVenue and more details will be sent on booking confirmation\, please n
 ote there is a pre attendance emodule (approx 2 hours) to complete before 
 attending which will be sent out prior to the event. Those who have alread
 y completed this prior to the GIRFEC Refresh and Reset Session are not req
 uired to complete this again.\n\nThe emodule can be found on by following 
 this link https://bit.ly/HighlandGIRFEC or can be accessed by Highland Cou
 ncil Staff on Train Easy and this will save a record of learning.\n\nThe c
 ourse is complimented by the Highland Solution Focused Approaches training
  and Solution Focused Meeting course\n\nPlaces are available free of charg
 e but may be limited per team/service/agency depending on demand.\n\nPleas
 e note\, the CPC do operate a non-attendance charge of £30 if places are 
 not taken up and no notice is given (at least 48 hours before event).
