DESCRIPTION:\nHighland GIRFEC Training - Full Day - In Person \nKyle of Loc
 halsh (Cluster 5: Portree\, Plockton\, Gairloch)\nThese sessions aim to re
 fresh and develop the shared understanding of Getting It Right for Every C
 hild across the partnership. This is in response to an identified request 
 through the GIRFEC refresh and reset sessions to strengthen the approaches
  to GIRFEC in Highland.\n\nThe sessions will focus on the key elements of 
 the Practice Model\, Early Assessment and Planning\, Information Sharing i
 n a Multi-Agency World\, Assessing and Managing Risk and Building Chronolo
 gies.\n\nOpen to all multi-agency practitioners\, managers and staff who s
 upport children and families particularly those whom are involved in child
 's plans and/or undertake ( or in preparation to undertake) the role as Na
 med person or lead professional in Highland working with children and fami
 lies.\n\nWe ask you book the geographical area closest to your location of
  work to promote connections made with colleagues in your area.\n\nVenue a
 nd more details will be sent on booking confirmation\, please note there i
 s a pre attendance emodule (approx 2 hours) to complete before attending w
 hich will be sent out prior to the event. Those who have already completed
  this prior to the GIRFEC Refresh and Reset Session are not required to co
 mplete this again.\n\nThe emodule can be found on by following this link h

 on Train Easy and this will save a record of learning.\n\nThe course is co
 mplimented by the Highland Solution Focused Approaches training and Soluti
 on Focused Meeting course\n\nPlaces are available free of charge but may b
 e limited per team/service/agency depending on demand.\n\nPlease note\, th
 e CPC do operate a non-attendance charge of £30 if places are not taken u
 p and no notice is given (at least 48 hours before event).
