DESCRIPTION:\nHighland GIRFEC Training - Full Day - In Person\nInverness (C
 luster 2: Kilchuimen\, Inverness High\, Inverness Royal)\nThese sessions a
 im to refresh and develop the shared understanding of Getting It Right for
  Every Child across the partnership. This is in response to an identified 
 request through the GIRFEC refresh and reset sessions to strengthen the ap
 proaches to GIRFEC in Highland.\n\nThe sessions will focus on the key elem
 ents of the Practice Model\, Early Assessment and Planning\, Information S
 haring in a Multi-Agency World\, Assessing and Managing Risk and Building 
 Chronologies.\n\nOpen to all multi-agency practitioners\, managers and sta
 ff who support children and families particularly those whom are involved 
 in child's plans and/or undertake ( or in preparation to undertake) the ro
 le as Named person or lead professional in Highland working with children 
 and families.\n\nWe ask you book the geographical area closest to your loc
 ation of work to promote connections made with colleagues in your area.\n\
 nVenue and more details will be sent on booking confirmation\, please note
  there is a pre attendance emodule (approx 2 hours) to complete before att
 ending which will be sent out prior to the event. Those who have already c
 ompleted this prior to the GIRFEC Refresh and Reset Session are not requir
 ed to complete this again.\n\nThe emodule can be found on by following thi

 l Staff on Train Easy and this will save a record of learning.\n\nThe cour
 se is complimented by the Highland Solution Focused Approaches training an
 d Solution Focused Meeting course\n\nPlaces are available free of charge b
 ut may be limited per team/service/agency depending on demand.\n\nPlease n
 ote\, the CPC do operate a non-attendance charge of £30 if places are not
  taken up and no notice is given (at least 48 hours before event).
