DESCRIPTION:\nHighland GIRFEC Training - Dingwall - Full Day - In Person\nT
 hese sessions aim to refresh and develop the shared understanding of Getti
 ng It Right for Every Child across the partnership. This is in response to
  an identified request through the GIRFEC refresh and reset sessions to st
 rengthen the approaches to GIRFEC in Highland.\n\nThe sessions will focus 
 on the key elements of the Practice Model\, Early Assessment and Planning\
 , Information Sharing in a Multi-Agency World\, Assessing and Managing Ris
 k and Building Chronologies.\n\nOpen to all multi-agency practitioners\, m
 anagers and staff who support children and families particularly those who
 m are involved in child's plans and/or undertake ( or in preparation to un
 dertake) the role as Named person or lead professional in Highland working
  with children and families.\n\nWe ask you book the geographical area clos
 est to your location of work to promote connections made with colleagues i
 n your area.\n\nVenue and more details will be sent on booking confirmatio
 n\, please note there is a pre attendance emodule (approx 2 hours) to comp
 lete before attending which will be sent out prior to the event. Those who
  have already completed this prior to the GIRFEC Refresh and Reset Session
  are not required to complete this again.\n\nThe emodule can be found on b

 Highland Council Staff on Train Easy and this will save a record of learni
 ng.\n\nThe course compliments the Highland Solution Focused Approaches tra
 ining and Solution Focused Meeting course\n\nPlaces are available free of 
 charge but may be limited per team/service/agency depending on demand.\n\n
 Please note\, the CPC do operate a non-attendance charge of £30 if places
  are not taken up and no notice is given (at least 48 hours before event).
