DESCRIPTION:\nHighland GIRFEC Refresh &amp\; Reset - Inverness - morning\nT
 hese sessions aim to refresh and develop a shared understanding of Getting
  It Right for Every Child across the partnership. This is in response to t
 he findings from our Children’s Service Inspection for children at risk 
 of harm\, and the updating of the Highland Practice Guidance/Child Protect
 ion Procedures.\n\nYou will have the opportunity to review the updated Pra
 ctice Model and Child Protection Guidance for Highland\, and discuss key i
 ssues in small working groups. The sessions will focus on the key elements
  of the Practice Model\, changes to Child Protection procedures\, and the 
 wider training required by staff and services across the Partnership.\n\nT
 his is your chance to contribute to the implementation of the updated Guid
 ance based on the National GIRFEC model and National Child Protection Guid
 ance.\nOpen to all practitioners\, managers\, senior leaders and services 
 in Highland working with children and families.\nVenue and more details wi
 ll be sent on booking confirmation\, please note there is a pre attendance
  emodule (approx 2 hours) to complete before attending which will be sent 
 out prior to the event.\n\nPlaces are available free of charge but may be 
 limited per team/service/agency depending on demand.\n\nPlease note\, the 
 CPC do operate a non-attendance charge of £30 if places are not taken up 
 and no notice is given (at least 48 hours before event).
