DESCRIPTION:\nHighland GIRFEC Refresh &amp\; Reset - Boat of Garten\nThese 
 sessions aim to refresh and develop a shared understanding of Getting It R
 ight for Every Child across the partnership. This is in response to the fi
 ndings from our Children’s Service Inspection for children at risk of ha
 rm\, and the updating of the Highland Practice Guidance/Child Protection P
 rocedures.\n\nYou will have the opportunity to review the updated Practice
  Model and Child Protection Guidance for Highland\, and discuss key issues
  in small working groups. The sessions will focus on the key elements of t
 he Practice Model\, changes to Child Protection procedures\, and the wider
  training required by staff and services across the Partnership.\n\nThis i
 s your chance to contribute to the implementation of the updated Guidance 
 based on the National GIRFEC model and National Child Protection Guidance.
 \nOpen to all practitioners\, managers\, senior leaders and services in Hi
 ghland working with children and families.\nVenue and more details will be
  sent on booking confirmation\, please note there is a pre attendance emod
 ule (approx 2 hours) to complete before attending which will be sent out p
 rior to the event.\n\nPlaces are available free of charge but may be limit
 ed per team/service/agency depending on demand.\n\nPlease note\, the CPC d
 o operate a non-attendance charge of £30 if places are not taken up and n
 o notice is given (at least 48 hours before event).
