DESCRIPTION:Getting it Right in Child Protection\nBookings are now open for
  our annual Conference.\n\nKey note Speaker - Chris Hughes\, Hotline Direc
 tor\, Internet Watch Foundation – Emerging Issues in the Online World\n\
 n"Chris is the IWF’s key contact with Law Enforcement bodies in the UK a
 nd around the world including Interpol. He leads on IWF’s victim identif
 ication referrals to law enforcement\, ensuring that incidents are escalat
 ed to the National Crime Agency appropriately. He sits on several advisory
  groups which include:\n\n 	Multi-agency preventing online child sexual ab
 use and exploitation group with Police Scotland\;\n 	The National Crime Ag
 ency CSA Prevent Group\;\n 	INHOPE working groups."  Internet Watch Found
 ation\, 2025\n\nFollowed by 2 workshops (choice is offered at registration
 ) highlighting new or ongoing approaches working with children and familie
 s in Highland. These workshops will be themed through the life course of t
 he child on a variety of topics. Further details of the workshops are stil
 l being finalised and will follow.\n\nAt the Conference\, we are also show
 casing projects &amp\; work from those contributing to Children and famili
 es wellbeing which gives participants the opportunity to ask the presenter
  questions on their work. These presentations will feature -\n\n 	Children
 ’s Rights projects\n 	Co-production of materials\n 	Direct service provi
 sion\n 	Support for children/young people/families\n 	Community activities
 \n\nThis Conference is specifically targeted at front line practitioners &
 amp\; managers working with children\, young people and families including
  those working in adult services.\n\nPlaces are available free of charge b
 ut may be limited to one per team/service/agency depending on demand. Plea
 se note\, the CPC will report on an agency basis and may operate a non-att
 endance charge of £30 if places are not taken up and no notice is given (
 at least 48 hours before event).\n\nA light lunch will be included. Vegeta
 rian options are always provided but please do let us know if you have any
  dietary needs. Unfortunately due to the scale of this event we cannot cat
 er for all dietary preferences. However\, an on-site cafe is available if 
 you would prefer to purchase an alternative option. Please email CP.Traini
 ng@highland.gov.uk if you wish to discuss catering issues.\n\nYour booking
  will be held as pending\, you will receive an email once your booking has
  been accepted this is to allow fair place allocation for services.  You 
 will receive a follow up email before the day outlining further informatio
