DESCRIPTION:About the Training\nGraded Care Profile 2 is an assessment tool
  that measures the quality of care being given to a child. The tool helps 
 professionals identify signs of neglect and areas where a family may need 
 additional help and support.\nIn order to become licensed to use the tool\
 , practitioners must attend this training.\nThe training is a 4 hour onlin
 e course via MST that helps practitioners familiarise themselves with the 
 GCP2 and have an opportunity to practice using the tool.\nPre-requisites\n
 Practitioners must have attended core child protection training within the
  last 3 years (Assessment &amp\; Analysis/Understanding Child Protection P
 rocesses or equivalent).\nWho should attend?\nThis training is for key pro
 fessionals who have regular and direct contact with children and families.
 \nThese professionals include\n• Practice Leads\,\n• Social Workers\,\
 n• Health Visitors\,\n• Head Teachers/Deputes/Guidance Staff\,\n• Ch
 ildren’s Service Workers/Community Children’s Workers\n• Early Years
  Practitioners.\nAlthough not an exclusive list\, these groups will be giv
 en priority places. Awareness raising for other groups will be rolled out 
 later in the year.
