 im to refresh and develop a shared understanding of Getting It Right for E
 very Child across the partnership. This is in response to the findings fro
 m our Children’s Service Inspection for children at risk of harm\, and t
 he updating of the Highland Practice Guidance/Child Protection Procedures.
 \n\nYou will have the opportunity to review the updated Practice Model and
  Child Protection Guidance for Highland\, and discuss key issues in small 
 working groups. The sessions will focus on the key elements of the Practic
 e Model\, changes to Child Protection procedures\, and the wider training 
 required by staff and services across the Partnership.\n\nThis is your cha
 nce to contribute to the implementation of the updated Guidance based on t
 he National GIRFEC model and National Child Protection Guidance.\nOpen to 
 all practitioners\, managers\, senior leaders and services in Highland wor
 king with children and families.\nVenue and more details will be sent on b
 ooking confirmation\, please note there is a pre attendance emodule (appro
 x 2 hours) to complete before attending which will be sent out prior to th
 e event.\n\nPlaces are available free of charge but may be limited per tea
 m/service/agency depending on demand.\n\nPlease note\, the CPC do operate 
 a non-attendance charge of £30 if places are not taken up and no notice i
 s given (at least 48 hours before event).
