DESCRIPTION:Join us for our Community of Practice Session with special gues
 t Caitlin Campbell from Scottish Autism\n\nThe session is about supporting
  voice and participation locally with a neurodivergent/autism lens.... Som
 e key points for the session\;\n\n\n\n\nSupporting discussions to go back 
 to basics in terms of what is voice and different ways of capturing\, what
  is participation and what can this look like.\nImportance of listening to
  all forms of voice and participation\nImportance of relationships and tru
 st\, why is it important?\nHow can it be embedded in practice i.e. from a 
 child plans perspective etc\nShowcasing tools to support voice and partici
 pation for key things like discussions around a child's plan.\n\n\n\n\n\n\
 n\n\n\n\n\nConnect with practitioners across Highland\, and hear from loca
 l and national voices\, to explore how we can meaningfully embed the Highl
 and Children &amp\; Young People Participation Strategy in everyday practi
 ce.\nMonthly sessions will include:\n\n\n 	Presentations from local or nat
 ional speakers\n 	Q&amp\;A to deepen understanding\n 	Time for conversatio
 n\, networking and informal sharing to support collaboration across Highla
 nd\n\nTogether\, we’ll look at how others are working with children and 
 young people to bring the Strategy to life and strengthen participation ac
 ross services.\nOur work is underpinned by the Lundy Model of Participatio
 n\, the UNCRC\, GIRFEC\, and The Promise.\nSupporting rights‑based\, inc
 lusive and relational practice.\nOpen to all practitioners engaging with c
 hildren and young people across Highland.\nThis session is suitable for al
 l sectors and any practitioner or manager working or engaging with Childre
 n and Families in Highland.\n\nThis is an online event.  Format will be p
 resentation (presentation recorded only cameras and mics will be switched 
 during this period)\, followed by question and answer session and group di
 scussion (not recorded).\n\nBooking link will be sent on confirmation of b
