 ourse: 9:30am - 4pm\nWhat can I expect from this training?\n\nThis trainin
 g provides a substantial opportunity to rehearse frameworks for organising
  information and knowledge\, and focus efforts to help children and famili
 es meet their needs and manage risks in the real world.\n\nThis training s
 hould provide practitioners with:\n\n 	awareness/reinforcement of the oppo
 rtunities and requirements of their role\n 	an opportunity to take stock o
 f helpful knowledge and skills in assessment and direct work with children
  and parents\n 	Increased confidence in working with partners to develop\,
  record and review child's plans\n 	a structure for continuing collaborati
 on in the local workplace\n\nContent:\n\nPlease note\, this is an interact
 ive programme with lots of opportunities for discussion of live examples s
 o the content is often dependent on the particular group. However\, the co
 urse includes discussions around the following:\n\n 	Getting it Right - a 
 view of the world\n 	Reflection on relationships and potential implication
 s for development of thechild and the adult\n 	Reflection on disruptions t
 o attachment and development - implications for the child/caregiving relat
 ionships and the wider world\, including helpers\n 	Key components of resi
 lience\n 	The challenge of information gathering - sharing and sense-makin
 g\, nature\, relevance\, proporionality\n 	The nature of RISK - personal\,
  professional and organisational perspectives\n 	Describing and analysing 
 risks\n 	Examining the child's predicament\n 	Action planning the work wit
 h child\, parent and others - safely promoting resilience in difficult cir
 cumstances\n 	Consultants and critical friends\n 	Impacts of the work\n 	G
 etting it right - working on with concerns and the art of the possible\n\n

 rce including:\n\n 	Social Work\, Education and Health professionals in Le
 ad Professional roles\n 	Other professional partners to Child's Plans\, in
 cluding carers\n 	Supervisory and professional support roles\n\nPre-requis

 within the last 3 years (or have significant knowledge/experience of the P
